FABLE 5 + HIGGSFIELD CAN BUILD A $35,000 ANIMATED WEBSITE. IN ONE AGENTIC SESSION. FOR ~$12 IN CREDITS. stop paying a web studio $6,000-$35,000. stop wiring GSAP, Lenis, and frame extraction by hand. Claude Code writes it. Higgsfield renders it. WHAT THE BUILD PRODUCES: → a fully animated, scroll-driven site → cinematic motion clips from 30+ generative models → GSAP ScrollTrigger timelines - zero hand-coded keyframes → Lenis smooth-scroll, tuned pacing → automated frame extraction + asset optim…
how we get YC startups enterprise meetings (without wasting $15k/mo) most founders spend 6 months writing code, then send cold emails & think that's what GTM means but if not done properly, that usually results in low reply rates and zero pipeline here is the exact 4-step playbook we've used for SF and YC startups: 1. stop scraping from databases scraping 10k emails off Apollo means reaching out to people who aren't active or thinking about that problem. instead, you gotta track real-time inten…

How I combined the best of @poteto's pstack and @kunchenguid's Firstmate into a single runtime.
Instead of letting their routers fight as separate authorities, I kept Firstmate as the outer loop for fleet orchestration and injected pstack's engineering discipline directly into the workers runtime.
>Firstmate is a fleet commander (horizontal scale across Git worktrees).
>pstack is an elite micro-manager (strict engineering habits and verification).
Here is how I merged them into an optimized hybrid runtime:
* Conditional Briefs: Worker prompts load plays just-in-time. Zero bloated prompt dumps.
* Required-Read Habits: Smallest logical change, subtract code before adding, and analyze blast radius.
* Context Discipline: Only map how the system is built when the change crosses into another part of it. If you skip that, write one line saying why.
* Verification: "Done" requires real artifact proof (running live shell commands or generating local app verifiers).
* Scaffold Isolation: Worktree checks prevent role hijack across ship, scout, and supervisor agents.
I stripped out the Cursor UI dependencies for my local machine's CLI stack and skipped the expensive multi-frontier review loops.
Firstmate handles the fleet isolation. The injected runtime handles the code discipline. The goal is lean, fast and deterministic.
Just wired this up today, so I will be seeing how this works on my projects.

its time to improve my skills 👀
Let's talk about why Cursor's agent harness is so good. There's a misconception that first-party harnesses from the labs will always outperform. For many reasons, that isn't true. There are roughly 6 layers that go into a good agent harness: orchestration, context, routing, transport, state, and execution (tools). Some of those involve careful context engineering, and others look a lot like the traditional craft of building great software. Each of these layers needs to be optimized. And if any …

Played around a bit with img2threejs and Codex, and I really liked the results. I couldn’t get anything this polished with Blender MCP.
