It’s available on SuperGrok Plus, SuperGrok Heavy, Cursor Pro+, Cursor Ultra, and both Cursor Teams plans.\n\nOne more thing to check: Privacy Mode (Legacy) does not work with Grok Bot. This is one of Grok Bot's biggest advantages. It can use a website like a person would - opening pages, entering information, and checking the results. This is useful for older business software, supplier websites, government portals, and other tools that don't offer an easy way for AI to connect. The best setup is to have the Bot do everything up to the final submission, then ask you to approve it.\n\n2. Repetitive tasks you can easily check. Grok Bot is also great for things you do over and over, like weekly reports, checking a demo site, or cleaning up a sales pipeline. You just check the drafts before sending.\n\n4. Inbox and ticket sorting. It can read messages and sort them well, but I'd keep it in draft-only mode for now. There’s no dry-run mode or clear confidence system yet, so you should review everything before it sends anything.\n\n5. Anything that spends money or changes production. I wouldn't let it handle these tasks on its own yet. The tools are there, but the safety controls aren't strong enough.\n\n## Running multiple agents: the chief-of-staff pattern\n\nRunning multiple Bots works best when each one has a clear job. For example, you can have one Bot do research, another write, and a third act as the chief of staff that coordinates them.\n\nGive each Bot a separate role when it has its own goal, tools, permissions, or schedule. If two Bots have the same job and the same access, you probably only need one.\n\nThe chief of staff should coordinate the work, not do it. It tells the right Bot what needs to be done, while the specialist Bots handle the actual tasks.\n\nBots can also hand work to each other through group chats or direct messages. Keep one clear owner for each task so two Bots don't end up doing the same work.\n\nYou don't need multiple Bots just because a task is long. Use them when the work requires different roles or different levels of access.\n\nKeep the setup simple. For example, “Require approval before sending any external email” is a good rule.\n\nYou can also allow safe actions in a specific area, like “Always allow running git status in /workspace/reports.”\n\nAvoid vague rules like “Allow everything in the browser.” That gives the Bot too much freedom and can lead to mistakes, like sending a message you didn't approve.\n\n## Best practices\n\nGive every Bot one clear job and explain its limits in the description. Those rules stay with the Bot, while normal messages are just for specific tasks.\n\nKeep actions like sending emails, publishing, buying things, and deleting files behind your approval. The approval needs to happen before the action, because it can't undo something that already happened.\n\nEnter passwords, passkeys, and verification codes yourself through the computer. Don't send them through chat.\n\nRemember that all your Bots share the same computer. If one Bot is logged into a sensitive account, the others may be able to access it too. When you're done with a project, sign out and remove its files.\n\nKeep Auto Review rules narrow and specific. Avoid broad rules that give a Bot permission to do almost anything.\n\nBefore turning a process into an automatic routine, do it manually first. Test it with safe inputs and make sure it handles mistakes properly.\n\nKeep important, changing information in the actual source system rather than relying on the Bot's memory.\n\nFinally, keep an eye on usage from day one. Keep sensitive accounts protected and limit what each Bot can access.\n\nBeta reliability. Early testing looks promising for having multiple Bots work together, but results can still be inconsistent. You also can't control which model handles each task.\n\nLimited tracking. You can see usage and spending, but a full record of everything the Bots did is still being developed.\n\nSensitive or regulated work. Be careful using Bots with highly sensitive business or regulated information. The computer doesn't come with some enterprise security controls by default, so it may not be suitable for those environments yet."}}
