Amp code (cli) defaults the claude-opus-4-7 (smart mode) effort to `medium`... you can use the `amp.anthropic.effort` setting to fix it.

Anthropic recommends `xhigh` on opus 4.7 but amp doesn't support it, just `low | medium | high | max` currently. So I use `max`.
